Nitro CNC Plasma Cutting Kits were developed by Tracker CNC in response to many businesses and individuals requests for an affordable, high quality, gantry and rail kit. The basic Nitro Plasma Kit includes the essential components required for any cnc plasma cutting table. This includes the gantry, gantry rails, cnc interface, software, and design plans for you to build your own frame and cutting deck. In addition to this you will have to supply your own computer and air compressor.
The difference between a Nitro kit and others on the market is in the quality of the components, and the ease of completion for you. Nitro kit's include a fully assembled gantry, cartridge, and lifter assembly. The motors, drives, and interface are all pre wired and terminated with quality plugs and receptacles so all your components simply plug into each other. This eliminates any wiring and assembly commonly involved with other plasma kit's. The cnc interface and drive system is easily connected to your computer using a USB Plug"&"Play connection making it as simple as plugging in a keyboard or mouse.
Nitro Kit's are available in a 4x4, 4x8, 4x10, & 5x10 configuration. Complete instructions are provided making it easy for you to fabricate the frame and cutting deck from locally purchased steel. Fabrication of the frame and deck typically can be completed within a day. Once complete follow the instructions to install the gantry rails, gantry, and plasma torch and your plasma cutting table is complete.
